All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods (launches, promotions, holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We currently ship within the United States. Any applicable shipping fees are non-refundable.

Rally Gummies is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Rally Gummies is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen.

If your package is delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us at support@rallygummiesatx.com and we will assist you in contacting the shipping carrier. Replacement orders are not guaranteed and are handled at our discretion.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout. Rally Gummies is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not eligible for refunds or reshipment.


International Shipping

International Shipping (Canada)

Rally Gummies currently ships to Canada. International shipping rates, duties, taxes, and customs fees (including VAT, GST, or brokerage fees) are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery times for international orders are estimates only and may be impacted by customs processing or carrier delays beyond our control.

Rally Gummies is not responsible for packages delayed, held, or refused by customs authorities.
